Dawson Knives

I have a particular fondness for Santoku knives in the kitchen and this one handles especially well and has an exquisitely sharp blade for fine cutting. While I own several other Dawson blades, this is the first one from their culinary line and I can see myself purchasing more.

This is not my first rodeo with Dawson and as before, I am never disappointed.
I have not taken this outstanding crafted tool out into the world except for some local hiking trips where it stays in my pack. I appreciate the balance, feel in my grip, and attention to a detail in a working steel tool I look forward to using for a long time.

I HAVE OWNED MANY DIFFERENT KNIVES AND KNIFE BRANDS OVER THE LAST 50 YEARS. THIS KNIVE IS THE BEST FIXED BLADE KNIFE OF THEM ALL. The best steel, high quality g-10, solidly made in all aspects. Dawson has thought this knife threw and well into the future. I would trust my life on the craftmanship of this tool in the field.

I own lots of EDC knives from different brands and truly enjoy them all. When I got a hold of the contractor, it felt different. It’s feels like hitting a home run. What a knife this really is. Overbuilt and very ergonomic. Parameters better than expected. This is a life preserver. I feel envigorated. Delivers NAD into my system naturally that I bought a second one. They’re both in Monsoon steel feature, just different scales. I’m totally fulfilled. Lots of people don’t know Dawson and I

Extremely happy with my latest purchase from Dawson Knives, the best EDC blade I ever had! Great look with the copper finish and in Magnacut steel with a G10 beautiful handle, excellent ergonomics and with a length of the blade that is practical and also legal to carry in my State of Illinois under 3 inches. When I received the Marauder XL I expected it to be bulkier. But I was pleasantly surprised!!! The knife has the super solid feel I wanted but has an agility that I didn’t expect. This surpasses my expectations! The handle looked and felt so nice. The only thing I wished was for them to have Micarta in stock. But this does not take away at all from a brilliant knife!!!! Highest possible recommendation!

I bought a Shepard and liked it so much I came back and bought a Steadfast which is kind of like the Shepards little brother. Both knives are outstanding! Best handles I’ve ever heard. Blade design of both is top tier. They really put time in designing and producing these blades. Keep it up Dawson!
