Beautifully rugged blade, perfect for EDC use or Collecting. The handle is very comfortable and secure. I'm usually not a fan of rounder scales, but with the rock texture and the slight curve it fits comfortably and secure. The sheath is just as well crafted as the blade. It fits snug around the blade leaving no rattle and the blade snaps right into it, the retention is perfect so it stays secure on your side but can be drawn with ease.
Everything about Dawson knives was awesome. Order process was easy, knife shipped quickly, customer service got back to me quickly with answers to questions I had. A+ company with great values. Will be buying more. If I had to pick one thing to improve, it would be the size and shape of the sheath. I wish it was a little smaller and had a cutout to grab more of the knife handle. The sheath it comes with is no slouch though. Holds well, no rattle, and best part comes with a ulticlip.
