After some investigating, it looks like your order was placed on March 11th at 6:12PM, and it was shipped March 12th via UPS 2nd Day Air. It was delivered 4 business days later, on March 18th. After tracking your package, it appears that UPS experienced some kind of delay during transit, which resulted in your package arriving on the 18th rather than the 14th. (UPS does not deliver over the weekend) I'm sorry for the inconvenience, but unfortunately, we have no control over your package's progress once it is in the carrier's hands.
