This is not a class. It’s access to a heritage artform.

 

Over two days you’ll work side-by-side with a master craftsman through the stages of building a high-end blade. Each series of workshops feature a different theme. Every step is guided, every detail refined, and every knife held to the same standard as those leaving the Dawson shop.

 

With a strict 4:1 student-to-craftsman ratio, you’re not waiting for instruction—you’re working under it.

You’ll take home a finished piece that reflects both your work and our standards—complete with a custom-fit leather sheath.
