The two knives I’ve ordered are The Reaper
And the Smuggler
And I’ll tell you that they are awesome
Dawson knives kick some
Serious A.. !
Don't waste time,do yourself a favor and buy a Dawson Knife!! I purchased the Harvester as my first "expensive" knife and I'm in love with it. Just like some of the other reviews say, this knife is a true work of art. From the G10 handles to full tang ProCut steel & even the hardware holding it all together, this thing rocks. Very nice weight and balance to it and very very sharp! The sheath is nice to, the only negative I can find is the way they give you the Ulticlip... They gave me a code to get it for free, which covered cost and shipping. I just feel like they should add a selection to the website so the customer can choose it and have it shipped in the same package. Not a big decision maker... Heck I just went and cashed out a Shepherd XL... and will eventually grab another EDC blade. My plan is to hand down the EDC ones to my sons and use the Shepherd for camping & backpacking. Well done Dawson Knives...Well Done!!!

Very well explained. I have just ordered one of your Javalina knives, and was interested in the blade and handle composition. Reading about both, plus the bending-don’t try this at home-makes me even more excited anticipating the delivery of this blade. And, at 69, it’s not easy to get me excited. Mike

I’ve studied on blade steels a little for the last few years, and this article is the best simplified explanation on 3V that I’ve read. I appreciate it.

Great article, the knife I’ve been using for years is a Blackjack Tac Ops4 1095 blade that was triple heated with sct and dct cryogenic treatments. It has been extremely tough, holds a good edge and is easy to sharpen. I am interested in a CPM 3V knife but I’m not sure about its difficulty in sharpening in the field. Your blades look awesome but most are sold out, so please email me when they become available.
Thank you
