Wilderness is crafted from 1/8" Pop's ProCut steel. ProCut is the latest hard-wearing, sharp shavin', take-a-hit-and-keep-coming invention of Dr. Larrin Thomas, the brilliant mind behind CPM-MagnaCut. Our American-made G10 handle stands up to rain, snow, mud and just about anything else you can think of. We designed all our handles for secure, comfortable, hot-spot free use in all seasons and textured them for improved grip when the going gets wet.

The Wilderness also features a completely redesigned GEN 2 Carbon Fiber Kydex sheath, featuring an improved, rattle free fit, horizontal, vertical, MOLLE and beltless carry options and more. Good quality

I received the knife as a few days earlier than what I expected. I was getting ready to go on a trip out of the country. I only had time to look at it really. In that short time I appreciate an awesome blade. I would say that I was expecting a heavier knife, but the weight is fairly good. I can tell that this knife will do good in action. Love the colors. I have not tried the sheath on my belt yet, but it looks strong and the knife locks in well. Like I said, I have not have the knife for long enough to make a more detailed assessment but for the looks and feel I am happy.

Great Hunting & Camping Knife

The Wilderness knife made from MagnaCut steel is of the highest quality, and has a very sharp blade. It also comes with a very nice GEN 2 Carbon Fiber Kydex sheath, featuring an improved, rattle free fit, horizontal, vertical, MOLLE and beltless carry options. The price is one of the lowest among all of the camping knives offered by Dawson, so it was economical for me. I am very pleased with my purchase.

GEN2 Wilderness

Got this knife for my Husband, and he loves it. The grip is perfect, the knife came razor sharp and is beautiful-engraving and all. Proud to support a family that loves the Lord! We will DEFINITELY be buying more knives from Dawson Knives.

Never been a knife guy . . .

until I found these knives. They are works of art. My biggest complaint is I almost don't want to use it because it is so nice.
