Scale or pluck, skin, snare, fillet, spear — how many tasks will it take to survive away from the conveniences of restaurant and grocery store?
The Outcast is the ultimate in small, lightweight fixed blade carry; a slim, streamlined blade that won't drag you down when weight is at a premium but still offers plenty of point for poking and plenty of edge for slicing. Crafted from the latest advance in powdered super steels, CPM-MagnaCut, and specially heat-treated to hold its edge up to twice as long as comparable steels.
Our American-made G10 handle says, "Aw, that's cute" to rain, snow, mud and just about anything else you can think of. We designed our handles for secure, comfortable, hot-spot free use in all seasons and textured them for improved grip when the going gets wet.

After listening to your interview with Mike Adams on the Internet a week or two ago I had to check out Dawson knives, which I did and Lo and behold I bought the Outcast. Although it was just delivered a day or two ago I am amazed with the craftsmanship that went into making it. It is beautiful. I will be checking your Internet pages from time to time and perhaps maybe down the road get another larger version maybe a full size hunting knife
Rest assured, my first use may be on my next visit to Texas roadhouse and carve into a nice prime prime rib
Thanks for the good service ordering and delivering the Knife and looking forward to many years of use with my new purchase, God bless, and if I don’t ever get a chance to meet you, I’ll see you at the resurrection.
This is my first Dawson knife. There is serious design consideration for function and safety. It's so comfortable to handle with my small hand. The red handle is a nice rich hue. Absolutely elated! Looking forward to test how sweet the blade will perform.
I purchased an outcast to test/prove the quality of Dawson Knives and was not disappointed. The knife is flawless, impeccably made, and ready to work. The sheath is lower profile than I expected and stays out of the way too. Five stars and just ordered my second knife, these will be handed down for many generations to come!
Another good quality knife by Dawson Knives. Great ergonomics, solid craftsmanship, and great components. I only wished the carbon fiber sheath's clip is more low profile and not as bulky. But overall a great knife and I would highly recommend.
Hi there! Thanks so much for taking the time to leave a review for the Outcast. I would love to help you with your concern. Would you mind reaching out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with some pics of the back of your sheath? Thanks again, Danielle
This knife is very nice. Best quality knives I have ever owned. Sharp as a razor right out of the box. The copper finish is awesome. Got the red handle great combo. Fits in the hand like a glove. I like the carbon fiber kydex sheath.
I'll have this knife for life. Thank you so much!
