As always outstanding design and quality
The Mountain Man Bowie has excellent balance and grip. Workmanship and quality is very good and the copper finish looks great with the G10 grips. This is my sixth Dawson knife. I wish they made a dagger style tactical knife or some folding knives too.

It's beautiful. This is the third knife I have bought in about 40 years from the Dawson Family. The first was for my Brother. He still has it. The second was from Lynn. That's is my Elk skinnin knife. Never leave camp without it. And this one, "Just Because."

Wonderful... I will admit I was Leary about the Specter finish, because in all the pics on the web page it looks like Chrome. I didn't want a Hil Gibbons display knife, I wanted a tough useful knife. I was very pleasantly surprised, which I should have known it was gonna be great, and it is. It is a subdued silver, that shows in the pics as a chrome sheen, so I'm very happy with the way it looks! And the Bowie size I had been wanting for a long time! Thanks Dawson, so glad I stopped at your table so many years ago at a Denver gun show.
