The Raider Bowie is a new model that incorporates modern military features with old time versatility. This universal favorite is a tough, no nonsense answer to both stealth and survival necessities. The approximately 9 1/4" blade is made from heavy-duty 1/4" 5160 steel with Barry's classic black Dark Ops finish. The Raider has a precise hollow grind and offset integral guards with handy thumb rests filed behind each for safety and handling. The Raider also features a bottle opener built into the guard and a screw driver built into the butt of the handle.
The handle is expertly shaped to fit perfectly into the curves of your hand, becoming a seamless extension of your arm. The heavy duty Black Canvas Micarta handle is virtually impervious to the elements, and sandblasted to form a no-slip grip even when wet.
The handle rivets provide essential holes for rigging either to your wrist or sheath when security is an issue.
The Raider Bowie comes in a custom fitted black Kydex sheath, designed for multiple carry positions including belt and vest. Approximately 15" overall length.
The sheath is carefully lined with felt to protect the blade and for silent knife withdrawal.
