Barry's custom heat treat produces a tough, shock resistant blade with a superior edge holding capability. This heat treat has been painstakingly developed over the lifetime of Barry's 35+ years knifemaking career and is celebrated the world over for producing tough, battle ready blades.

The Arizona Ironwood handle is a luminescent gold, overlaid with Barry's Japanese Interlocking Wrap for comfort and extra gripping power. Silver feather Menukis adorn each side.

Sleek and razor sharp, Fortune's Favor is a 001 original creation in Damascus steel. The strong, slender 10 1/4" blade is made from American made 3/16" high contrast Damascus, an arresting blend of 5160, 15N20, 52100 and Nickel. The hand-guard is also Damascus, a simple oval artfully notched for beauty. Barry has added a top bevel for balance and piercing, and his signature Climbing Vine file work to the spine.

Fortune's Favor comes in a custom fitted and stitched black leather sheath, designed to be tucked securely inside the belt.
