Hear the Siren's call! This elegant tanto is patterned after the short blades the Japanese Samurai traditionally carried as companion blades to their Katanas.
The thoughtfully shaped handle is designed to fit perfectly into the hand, making this gorgeous blade a seamless extension of the arm.
The Siren has an overall length of 9 1/2". The blade is 5" long, fashioned from Brad Vice Damascus. This first quality, American made steel is forged from a blend of 5160, 15N20, 52100 & Nickel. Barry's custom heat treat produces a tough, shock resistant blade with a superior edge holding capability. This heat treat has been painstakingly developed over the lifetime of Barry's long career and is celebrated the world over for producing tough, battle ready blades.
It sports a thumb rest for positive and safe handling of the knife.
The Siren also comes with an attractive black leather hand fitted sheath, made to be worn in a traditional belt carry.
