This sleek and streamlined blade is up for any job, but makes an especially good personal protection knife.
Barry's Karambit is forged from 5160, 15n20, 52100 and nickel. This steel is forged to give an old timey look, the layering is very subtle. For extra grip and faster handling Barry has added thumbrests on the top and bottom of the blade. There are also some wicked sharp serrations filed into the back edge of the blade, for ripping, tearing or sawing. Don't mess with this bad boy!
The handle is a gorgeous piece of stabilized deep blue Maple Burl, expertly shaped and finished. The Karambit is light, fast, and well balanced. The finger hole in the tang is 1", big enough for even meaty hands. The blade length is 3 3/4", overall length is 8".
The Karambit also comes with a hand fit black Kydex sheath, made to be worn in the pocket, boot or inside a jacket.
