Sleek and razor sharp, Barry's Komodo Dragon is an original creation in high contrast Damascus steel. The no-nonsense 8 ¾" blade is made from American forged ¼" high contrast Damascus steel and tempered with Barry's custom heat treat. This produces a tough, shock resistant blade with a superior edge holding capability. This heat treat has been painstakingly developed over the lifetime of Barry's 35+ years knifemaking career and is celebrated the world over for producing tough, battle ready blades.
The Spalted Maple handle is a luminescent emerald green and seems to wrap around the hand, becoming a seamless extension of the arm. It is overlaid with Barry's Japanese Interlocking Wrap for comfort and extra gripping power. This custom Tanto comes in a custom fitted and stitched black leather sheath, designed to be tucked securely inside the belt.
