The handle is made from a beautiful piece of African Gemsbok, expertly shaped to fit perfectly into the curves of your hand, becoming a seamless extension of your arm. Dennis has heat blued the tips of the elegant guard to match the coloring of the Gemsbok and Damascus. Custom scrollwork along the spine heightens the artistry and pride of the lucky owner of this masterpiece.
The 10" blade is made from 3/16" high contrast American made
Damascus, forged from a blend of 5160, 15N20, 52100 and Nickel.
The Alamo has a precise hollow grind, and razor sharp edge. The fittings are made from L-6, Nickel Silver and Jim Furguson Damascus. (Buttcap is Damascus)
The Alamo Bowie comes in a custom fitted stitched black leather sheath with holster stud. Designed to be worn "western style" tucked inside your belt, riding comfortably and securely out of the way on your horse or ATV. Approximately 15 1/2" overall length.
